Opportunity Overview
This is a great opportunity to play a leading role in driving operational improvement and value creation across a portfolio of Canadian businesses.
The VP will work directly with our investment team and portfolio companies to:
• Translate investment theses into clear, actionable value creation plans
• Support due diligence and 100-day planning for new investments
• Lead margin, cost, productivity, and working capital improvement initiatives
• Implement technological solutions to support business enhancement
• Establish strong KPI discipline and data transparency
• Drive execution across multiple businesses simultaneously
We are looking for someone with sound judgment, strong people skills, well developed problem-solving abilities, and an established record of delivering results — ideally with experience in operating roles, private equity value creation and/or consulting.
The position can be based anywhere in Canada and requires regular travel.
