(“SeaFort”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Jardine Transport Group (“Jardine” or the “Company”) to Fastfrate Group (“Fastfrate”). Headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Jardine has built a strong reputation for reliability and customer service. Operating a fleet of more than 200 power units, the Company provides a comprehensive range of transportation services, including flatbed and dry-van solutions, supporting both domestic and cross-border freight movements across a diverse range of industries.

The sale of Jardine represents SeaFort’s first exit from Fund I. SeaFort first invested in Jardine in 2015, and under SeaFort’s ownership the company’s fleet expanded tenfold while generating excellent investment returns for shareholders.
